Leo Projects Corporation is looking for a Senior IT Recruiter in India to join our growing team based in the USA.

We are a rapidly growing IT consultancy company looking for someone with Strong interpersonal relationship-building skills, work ethic, and exceptional multi-tasker.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Developing new and innovative approaches to attract quality candidates using a variety of networking tools.
  • Sourcing candidates through multiple channels including internet sourcing, job boards, referrals and networking
  • Recruiting efforts such as understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, conducting telephonic interviews, scheduling interviews and shortlisting candidates.
  • Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may fit
  • Develop recruiting strategies
  • Exceptional follow-up skills, time management and attention to detail
  • Being an integral part of the Recruitment Team and assisting where necessary with ad hoc tasks
  • You will also conduct brief telephone interviews and assess candidates for their suitability to join Leo Projects Corporation.
  • Flexible and ability to support changing business needs as required
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

Basic understanding of technology

Team player, driven to be successful and high work ethic

3+ years of experience in technical recruitment required
